Fine Art Paper
Cotton Rag Paper is not paper at all but is in fact very fine cotton fibres woven into a paper-like product. Cotton Rag is the media of choice due to it's archival qualities and similarities to the paper used in originals. Printed on 320gsm with Canon Lucia EX Pigment inks are long lasting and archival tested to last 80-100 years. Fine art Cotton Rag Reproductions should be framed behind glass, using a matte to separate them from the glass.
All Fine Art Paper Reproductions are unframed.
Fine Art Canvas
Printed on 400gsm Sihl Masterclass Cotton Poly Blend Canvas.Made in Switzerland by one of the oldest paper/canvas manufacturers in the world. Wonderful natural canvas texture printed with Canon Lucia EX Pigment inks are long lasting, archival tested to last 100 years. Spray coated with a special laminate designed to increase longevity through it's Ultra Violet light blocking ability and has anti-fungal properties.
All Fine Art Canvas Reproductions are unframed.

Floating Gallery Acrylic is our premium product. It has a clean, modern look. Best suited for those who want a framless artwork or for high moisture and extrenal applications. The image is mounted behind a 4.5mm thick piece of acrylic to give it depth, an almost 3D effect.

Domestic Print Orders (2-3 Weeks)

- Time Frame: Once processed, shipping within Australia generally takes about 3-7 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method (standard, expedited, etc.).
- Carriers: Domestic orders are usually shipped via AusPost or local couriers.

- Expectation: Customers should expect a total turnaround time of 2-3 weeks from order placement to delivery.
International Print Orders (Up to 4 Weeks)

Returns
Artwork Returns Policy
1. Original Artworks:
Return Window:
- Customers may return original artworks within 7 days of receipt.
Conditions for Return:
- The artwork must be returned in its original condition.
- The artwork should be carefully repackaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Return Process:
- Contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the artwork to initiate a return.
- Customer service will provide detailed instructions on how to return the artwork, including the return shipping address.
Return Shipping:
- The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage.
- It is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. This helps protect against loss or damage during the return shipment.
Refund Process:
- Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically process within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or commissioned original artworks are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Reproductions (Prints):
No Returns Policy:
- Reproductions are made to order; therefore, returns are not accepted. If the order has not been printed yet we may be able to change the order.
Exceptions:
- If a reproduction arrives damaged or defective, customers should contact customer service immediately.
- Proof of damage (such as photographs) may be required to process a replacement or refund.
