We all have our own views and meanings of the things that make up the world around us.

Many consider the number 13 an unlucky number.

For me, the number 13 has brought many beautiful beginnings and ongoing happiness.

It seems to follow me through my life!

So I am of the belief that it is actually quite a positive number rather than something to fear.

It is so fascinating to delve into the diverse theories surrounding this number.

My 2020 Exhibition 'Inklings of Joy' was opened on Friday the 13th. So, to reflect the symbolism of that number in my life, I named one of my colourful and bright paintings '13'.
